Hi All! Welp just got acl/meniscus repair surgery yesterday.
Will be non-weight bearing for 6 weeks. If anyone has advice/pain management tips, encouragement, or fun couch based activity recommendations pls share (starting off the movie binge with Predator).
I'm so sorry! I broke my foot and ankle a couple years ago and was on crutches for about six weeks. It's a huge bummer but you'll get through it. Not sure if I have any specific advice, but acupuncture helped with pain/stiffness after I was mostly healed. Also, if I could do it all over again, I probably would have invested in one of those rolly kneeling things.
