Fix the damn washing machines!!!!!! Don't call me just to tell me that the problem has been noted. Of course I know that!! I was the one who called you a year ago to fix it! And turns out they didn't even have it noted that the driers also don't work! Luckily the laundromat is pretty close to my apartment but I hate you I hate you why are you charging me money when this thing is falling apart bit by bit
