Just made a salad with roasted beets & carrots, baby spinach, pomegranate seeds, feta, chopped walnuts and a vinaigrette

Had leftover chilli and leftover mashed potatoes and I put the chilli on the potatoes, and it was good. Considering doing the same thing again in a tortilla, i am not a proud person

i've had a pressure cooker for like 10 years now and i use it constantly for beans, soups, sauces, chili etc. its great.
