my gf made vegetarian bibimbap with beef bulgogi made out of tvp. it was pretty good

we had shrimp stir fry with tatsoi from our farm share. first time i had tatsoi, pretty good

"Green pie," a quiche with a higher vegetable-to-egg ratio than my mother believes can legally be called a quiche. Made an extra to trade my brother for some of the cherry liqueur he made.
